I understand that during my employment with Springs Hope Care LLC, I may have access to confidential client information, medical records, personal details, care plans, and internal company documents.
I agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and to use it only for work-related purposes. I understand that I am required to follow all company rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including but not limited to:
- HIPAA privacy and security laws
- Client confidentiality requirements
- Professional conduct standards
- Documentation and reporting rules
- Any additional policies provided by
Springs Hope Care LLC
I understand that violating confidentiality, HIPAA laws, or company rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
